Been avoiding this thread so I could watch. Just did. I agree with you, that was as strong a finale as I've seen. I didn't think it would be so satisfying.

Matching Stan and Peggy felt forced, but whatever.

Saw it in 3D, actually, but only because it was only available in 3D in the time slot I wanted.

So Letterman's last night is Wednesday, I hear.

I haven't watched it in ages but I have memories going back a long way. I remember watching it when I still lived with my parents, sneaking out to smoke joints late at night and then watching it. We are going back a ways.

I did go see it live once.

I guess I will record that finale and check it out.
