Took a descending trip back in time recently.
1963 - Lilies of the Field - Sidney Poitier earned the Best Actor award...only only black muther fucker until 2001 (Denzel & Halle) to win that shit. Dangnopang cold got to be! I liked it.
1950 - Harvey - Anything to do with an imaginary giant rabbit, I'm in. It is funny how quickly the old timey movies can tidy up some ugly plot lines though. But a nice, enjoyable film.
1942 - Bambi - I never saw this shit! Wish I never had! Great movie. Wah wah wah.
Other than that....
Quills - Seen it so many times. Love it more each time. Best necrophilia scene ever.
Harvey Birdman Attorney At Law - Just stellar cartoon-making.
Bruno - Rewatch...fucking hilarious on all kinds of all wrong levels. Sacha Baron Cohen is a modern day genius. Plus, gay people are like funny retards, but it's still OK to call them retarded.
Seven Psychopaths - Fell asleep several times. Super duper cast, meh trying too hard plot. Had moments, but not enough to keep me awake.
Melancholia - Heard great things about this, and being a bit of a Lars Von Trier fan, I was excited. Meh, blah. On a side note, when did Kirsten Dunst's tittays get so big? Yay!
Swimmming with Sharks - Did I write about this one yet? I can't remember if I did or not. Can't even remember what it was about. It sucked.
