Thematically, just a lot of hammering at the same stuff as always as far as I could see. [insert name of Girls character] is petty, clueless and self-absorbed.

As far as execution, I don't remember laughing out loud at anything. Shoshonna's cruel drunk turn was kind of amusing I suppose. The little half-assed dance moves thing they closed on was kind of cute.
 
Yeah it wasn't the strongest, what with the main guys not being in, but I still liked it. They wanted to showcase Marnie's penchant for shallow princess-ness, and address the elephant in the room, i.e. the fact that these girls are the most improbable and dysfunctional group of friends ever. But then just as you think that they'll all go their separate ways, they reenact the previous night's dance, as if to say that all is forgiven and the girls will keep on keeping on.

Shoshanna standing up for herself was quite a fucking thing IMO.

True Detective pretty slow this week all in all, its usual excellence but just kind of a slow episode. House of Lies took a dip from the past two great weeks, not too bad though. Shameless actually impressed and was the best of the run imo, a lot of morbid things going on there. Tosh starting back up again tonight :popcorn:

she's been talking so much stupid shit lately I didn't find it particularly meaningful. There needed to be more reconciliation where this is coming from I felt.
Remember the other episode where she was yapping stupidities while getting foked? :lol: I can't believe that guy doesn't drive her head through a wall.
 
I have taken to watching an episode a day of Game of Thrones while riding my spinning bicycle. I don't normally go for this kind of thing but the nudity and violence just seem to keep dragging me in.

Just finished Season 1 today.. I guess I have 2 more seasons to catch up. I am going to have to read back in this thread to find some more shows to download.
