I don't think Bates did it. Too obvious. Prolly Mrs Hughes or some damn thing.

Mud (2012) - Matthew McConaughey again. Between this and True Detective and Dallas Buyers Club and The Wolf of Wall Street, my life is all Matthew McConaughey, all the time.

Mud is a pretty good movie. I'm stuck right at 7.5 for a rating so I need to make a call if I will round my imdb rating to 7 or 8.

Anyway, 7.5 for gamelive purposes.

Problem is, I'm going to have to watch Blue Jasmine. Last thing I want to do is watch a Woody Allen movie but I love Cate Blanchett and it looks like she is going to win her second Oscar for it and it's not like I am going to boycott Cate Blanchett's 2nd Oscar winning performance..

I am snookered.

I enjoyed Blue Jasmine. It's not a classic for sure. Cate is exceptional and it's a very Un - Woody esque film for sure if that's any help.

Anyway, basketball players really need to stop hand shaking/butt slapping the guy who just MISSED his free throw.

Common, guys

I hope they give the Supporting Actress to the chick from 12 Years a Slave. I have a terrible fear the mass hysteria is going to continue and they will give it to Jennifer Lawrence. She would then have as many Oscars as Cate Blanchett and 2 more than Julianne Moore.

That would be a truly ridiculous circumstance IMO. So the chick from 12 Years a Slave, I say. :greencheck:

Mind you Julia Roberts, who is currently sitting at 1 Oscar, is also nominated in that category and I think I would rather have Jennifer Lawrence win a second Oscar than Julia Roberts.

Actually, not sure about that.
