the returned ... if you havent seen or heard of this show, it is a french drama/thriller mini-series about a bus crash that kills some people....only they come back to their families after a few years...its a bit bizarre, but man ive found it very interesting

I notice that Stringer Bell is also in this movie Pacific Rim. Saw a clip of him giving a rousing pep talk, rallying the troops to fend off the apocalypse and whatnot.

A bit surprised to see some respectable reviews for that flick. My expectation was: crap.

Started watching Arrested Development on Hulu. At first was disappointed. I found the narration distracting and the family too annoyingly retarded to be interesting.

However, 10 episodes or so in I started to like it. The father in prison character is probably my favorite. Love how he used part of his shoe as a yarmulke in one episode. And the ending of season 1 where he escapes pretty good.

But now I'm done with first season and it seems they want you to pay for season 2. I just don't know if I can make myself pay to watch a tv show with commercials on a computer. Feels a bit retarded.

oh man, new season of Law and Order UK started tonight too... for those who like any of the Law and Orders and can stomach the british accents, this one is really solid

In The Heat of the Night (1967) - Had another look at this former Best Picture winner.

Excellent flick. There were some elements of how the actual mystery was solved that seemed loose to me - if we have any ITHOTN scholars here, I would enjoy discussing it - but whatever, it is a great overall package.

8.7 out of 10.
