Yeah he was over-the-top. That is one part of what I meant about obvious people-pleasing arcs of season 3. From the first scene we saw him, I knew what was going to happen. I knew we would have a WWE type scenario where the villain rises and seems to take the advantage and then . . .

I like to have a bit more nuance and surprises in my TV, however I knew I would basically feel good when it reached its inevitable conclusion - and I did.
