And now, a dramatic reenactment of 10 billion conversations on the imdb forum.

Say, this movie that you like: it's a bad movie.

No it's a good movie.

But my taste is correct. The movie is bad.

No I have correct taste. It's a good movie.

Your liking it shows you to be a bad and stupid person.

No you are the bad and stupid one.

This guy does seem like a total tool but the reactions of the 1st girl who gets called out and the annoyed one towards the end are pretty classic you could tell the reactions were staged though

reactions are totally staged!

i'd like to see the real life reactions to these people seeing a real life image of my pretzel

Would love to see/hear Jennifer Lawrence react to MY pretzel.

I'd like to see my pretzel in Jennifer Lawrence's puffy face

for what its worth I think J-Law will be off the Hollywood Map by the late mainstream 20-teens

we gotta get our pretzels to her via any medium as fast as possible

IMO

People are worshipping her for her candid post-Oscar interview for some godforsaken reason.

She's really just dumb and has nothing to say.

So sexy though.

i'm bad with this stuff

is the oscars the one that was on the past sunday?

post that vid!

I think in general she is just kinda un guarded and non filtered in how she talks and this generation is all about talking first, thinking second, or trying to appear that way anyways.

So that is refreshing and endearing to them. She ISN'T like Paris Hilton or Caligirl dumb though, she is actually calculated in how she represents herself.

IMO

Yeah. Still, being calculated-ditzy shouldn't be worthy of praise.

I dunno. I'm old.

Ok, after watching that I'm left thinking they must have edited out the dumbest questions from the press for that.

I give her kudos for not trying to hard to appear smart and professional in her answers

I mean did any press not think to ask her if she liked Pesto or fun?

Yeah Julia Louis-Dreyfus. They have started running ads for the new season so that must be coming up soon. Lemme see . . .

Appears to be Apr. 14th.

The show doesn't blow me away - I've got it rated 6 out of 10 - but it's okay. It has its moments.

They are rerunning season 1 all the time these days on my channels. It was only 8 episodes.

An American in Paris (1951) - Former Best Picture winner which some argue should have lost to A Streetcar Named Desire and/or A Place in the Sun.

Bit of a mixed bag. Gene Kelly at his best. Oscar Levant hilarious and musically brilliant in a supporting role. Leslie Caron introduced as the female lead at a time when she was a fantastic dancer but just didn't know how to act at all (and was kind of odd looking IMO). Weak story with many holes and contrivances - although some could be considered normal conventions of the musical format.

It contains a musical score the likes of which has rarely been seen in the movies. There are some conventional musical standards like I Got Rhythm, but the towering orchestral work of George Gershwin is the crowning feature. Magnificent. The 16 minute ballet towards the end with the music and dance and inspired artistic presentation - it's unequaled by anything I can think of.

The story really is pretty weak - the acting is all over the place - but the song-and-dance breaks are strong and that final ballet is a 12 out of 10.

Overall - 8.3 out of 10

I have no problem with it beating out Streetcar and anything else.
