I was dragged to a Star Trek movie by a date a few years ago. I surprisingly enjoyed it, but probably mostly due to this:

A note for the local zombie lovers: I've seen a couple good reviews for this new movie Warm Bodies. Not raves but good.

Probably not comparable to The Walking Dead - it's a comedy - which I probably will watch (eventually) - but just lobbing it out there.

Interesting episode of Downton last night. Good.

I did not totally understand what led to Thomas being able to keep his job - and as always the remarkably wonderful dental condition of the cast is not in keeping with the time and place - (which is undoubtedly a good thing but Ima just saying) - however the 2 hours just flew by.

The main thing is, Bates is free!

Very good episode indeed Muddy! Agree bout Thomas, just hope he's grateful and turns himself into a good person!

And granny continues to impress!

Granny is the best - although Bates had a very good line when he called that guy a girl's blouse.

I was looking at the forums at imdb today. People were pointing out one plot hole and character inconsistency after another. As much complete crap as there is on the imdb forums, they were right every time. I don't really notice while I'm watching but there are some pretty big issues if you stop and think.

Oh well. Ignorance is bliss.

Kevin Spacey does TV? What's with all these legitimate movie stars going the TV route?

Which reminds me -- watched the second episode of The Following -- was a disappointment and killed the momentum from a great pilot. The Bacon/killer/ex-wife dynamic is very good, but I'm already losing interest in the cult. One of the cult dudes is feeling left out because the other two are a couple. Who gives a shit?
