So I had my two interview day on Wednesday. I got one offer but declined. Woulda been a lot of money but the other dimensions didn't feel right to me.

Meanwhile, regarding the other, which is with a large international mega-conglomerate, I have a phone interview this morning. That will be my third thing with them. I was at the facility on Wednesday and had a little tour. Pretty noice.

Based on everything I know at this point: I'm hoping to get an offer which I would accept. Not that that would come in this morning's phone call. I don't know what that's all about. But I guess I'm on a short list by now.

Yeah based on the wording of the conversation this morning, an offer will be coming. That is pending the results of reference checks and criminal record check and confirmation that I really did graduate from the high school I am claiming.

No reason for any of that to be a problem.

So, while I maintain a level of caution - Murphy's Law and whatnot - it kinda looks like I'm in.

More money, more vacation, more benefits, more security and more opportunities.

That's not bad.

So here's my question: the fuck is up with these ridiculous job offer emails.

I guess some yahoos access my resume through indeed.com, and then they send a job offer to my inbox - which really doesn't make sense. Like they say they have already decided to hire me as their territory manager for their investment house or some damn thing. Big money. My resume in no way qualifies me even for an interview, nevermind a sight-unseen hiring.

So okay it's absurd - but what is their angle? What are they hoping will happen?

I need a job coach. I hate fucking work have no real talent, do work hard when I have a job, yes I am a sucker.

Thinking of panhandling. What the fuck am I suppose to do for the next 30 years.

I slowed down on the booze and drugs thinking I would get perspective. Didn't work. Maybe I need to buy a camera film stupid shut and see if I can create a YouTube channel.

Here's one:

Dear Mudcat,

I sent you several emails before and did not get an answer from you still.
I hope there are some problems with spam filters and my letters got into your spam folder?
I received your resume from our HR department, your resume reviewed and we are ready to offer you vacant position in our company.
Please tell me, did you see my email with Positions.docx?
Please let me know soon, I want to discuss it asap and move on.
Waiting for your reply.

Best regards,
Kathy Alden

Not deal with assholes all day. And the stupid.

There is No such job. It's just that some place's assholes are better than others.

If you were to describe the perfect job what would you be doing? What is the company culture? Size? Project focus? What do you do and what are you qualified for and is that relevant to what you want to do next ?

I'm getting my masters in organizational leadership right now. I'm in staffing - but not in the way that you all probably think about it - i'm a headhunter - I know you I think I'm just some party girl fuck up - but I can help you... If you answer these questions honestly .
