Sadcat, we think you have meds on the brain too much.

We read Matty's post and meds never entered our minds.

Open the trash can, throw all the meds in the trash can, excercise vigorously (more so for the mind than the body) and eat clean foods.

Meds ---------> no longer needed.

I'm over simplifying it some but, yeah, do it.
Swear to God the only reason that occurred to me is that I worked with a guy who also was full of Titanium after a fall thru a roof...He was a mess....and he had a lot of medications.

But yes, I agree.. I am now going on day 3 of no ambien after almost daily use for about 10 years. Baby steps.

MrX
Have you been able to sleep?
More than expected, but less than I was......last night I woke up every hour or so...but then again mom and P-dog were at fault too...sometimes I can't tell if I wake up and notice them, or they cause a ruckus and so I wake up.

I have been taking magnesium and calcium supplements at night which are supposed to help. I don't feel tired at all.

Ambien is a great drug though. I will continue to fill my scripts to have on hand-just in case.

Such a good day professionally and it was so intense that bacon did not know if he had what it takes for all that. We won. I am so thankful to have the team and the support system I have to pick me up when I am falling apart and I am so blessed to be able to share the fruits of our labor.

Now let's do it again.

Good job! That post makes it sound like we are somehow responsible for your success. It was GL you were talking about right? Do we get pizza?

Ty :)

Of course you do. It was going to be pizza rolls but we can make that adjustment. And actually coming here and pissin around with you guys is the perfect vent and really is helpful :highfive: but yeah I was talking about about my whole posse there.

Harmony is going to see Bryan Adams in concert tonight. He is playing at Copps Colisseum (which now has another name which I forget just now). Apparently the upper bowl is closed off. Lower bowl only.

Maybe not quite as big as he once was but not bad. Must be like 8K people or something, right?

Bryan Adams still doing the Bryan Adams thing.

I didn't give my second-hand report on the axe-throwing.

In summary: kinda fun -- WAY too expensive.

Given that you do not actually need an organized business to go throw an axe. You can basically just walk outside somewhere and set up a target - or find a tree you don't like - and do it as much as you want for free. Hopefully not in a school zone and, sure, when it's the coldest of the cold you don't want to do it. But most of the year, you're fine.

---> 20 people paying like 50 bucks each for 2 hours?? . . .

I'm saying the demand will not be sustained and that business is not going to last.

I'd rather there be a controlled environment for that. A bunch of random people, throwing axes, in a random area, with no supervision, or guidance, seems dangerous to me. Sure, if you do it on your land, and you have a good bit of land, cool, but what if you don't? How does one ensure you won't be throwing an ax in the woods, and don't accidentally hurt someone, or something else that happens to be in the same area at the time? I'm all for controlled environments when comes to weaponry as a recreation.

If an axe is thrown in the woods and there is no on there to see it, can it still hurt woodland animals?
