Normally I don't like to thread jack but since it looks like I'll be getting laid before Matty ever will thus defeating the thread title already - on a scale of 1-10 how bad is it if I cancel both things I'm supposed to do tonight and just stay in? It's 41 Celsius here right now and we're supposed to be jumping on a train in 10 minutes for an hour long trip. I'm already glistening here and it's starting to pool in unsavory places. Not sure if I can be assed to make the trip and drag Seth along but it is NYE and all.

I've hired a Nanny who is meeting us at one of the parties and following us to another to watch all of the kids. Both are family friendly kind of things but I still want someone there to look after my son at least. And I don't feel comfortable leaving him at home yet because if he gets sick and I'm not near him I'll probably end up in the hospital too. :)

Can't you get jrunk on the train? They serve vast amounts of free booze in business class here - everyone's screaming at the end of the 5-hour commute between Toronto and Montreal. Good times.
