Wal, I know less than you

I try to look at how the hook is priced in a particular matchup and then look at Pinny and other shops and see how it has moved off the number or the juice has changed...

and gauge what the books are trying to tell the squares...

I make my determinations from there...

I also love teasers and think Wong is a guy that delivers my chinese...

so take what I say with a grain of salt

Then it's gonna get even worse around here. I'm not gonna formulate the questions I ask or the topics I want to discuss to fit your personal taste.

Arch, I appreciate the nuances of things. Sometimes they are subtle and tailored to the specific desires of a particular user and other times they are major and can help determine the difference between breakeven, winning or losing.

Speaking of Archie's Wong teasers, I see people teasing down to 2.5 all the time. Is this a good thing? Seems like a number landing on two happens a decent amount. The team laying points is much better and is happy with a 2 point win (after xpt) in a prevent defense situation.

Who cares about if you get the hook or not?

Take LSU @ Mississippi State for example. Clearly LSU is going to win by 14+. Why does it matter if I get -3 or -3.5? Or even -7??? IT'S GOING TO WIN!!!

Enough with this "right side, sharp side" non-sense. Obviously the right side is the one that cashes out.

As they say in Vegas, there are winners and there are sharps. Just pick winners and you will never go broke.
