I guess if I walked into traffic and got killed by an oncoming car despite my stupidity I would hope my family members would bring charges and the driver would at least go to jail. We've yet to hear anything from Stewart himself right? I don't pretend to care about NASCAR in the least or know the rules (if there are any) regarding this type of thing but when you run someone over and they die that is a murder right? Intentional or not he's been killed by you.

no
no and no

Nina do you or dont think he tryed to

Buzz the tower/scare that kid

Other drivers you see took a much tighter line around that track

He is a known hothead...

if he was a pitcher he was going for a brushback pitch...except wasn't a baseball....it was a car...and he hit that kid.

He wanted to be right on the side of that kid or make him jump out of the way.

He did hit the gas...thats why his car seems to fishtail. It actually looks like to swerved to hit the kid as the front of the cars seems to jog to the outside of the track. But I ain't stupid enough to think he was that stupid...that does prove thst he did hit the gas though.

"IM Tony fkn Stuart...I gonna show that kid....whoops....didnt mean to hit him though.

Doesn't sound like house thinks it was involuntary

Manslaughter = killing a man = murder

Is that right?

For instance I'm watching this movie Into The Furnace and Christian Bale murders this kid and her mother by hitting them involuntarily with his car.

He goes to jail.

I dont know legal definitions..For me personally....murder is intent.

Id say he killed him rather than murdered.

Going to guess Archibald s charge will be brought forth.

People who think no charges should be filed....I just dont understand that.
