yep, there are many things that people need that don't get addressed. Instead we have people working on how to market the 27th flavor of Cheerios. :goodforyou:

What a culture we live in. Interesting to see how no one has a problem with that. :pipe:

Yes, we haven't discussed how to freeroll the government for more insurance enough. Its What can you do for your country, not what your country can do for you.

Let this be a lesson to those who are undecided and think Statism is pro blue collar and pro minority/repressed worker class

It's never been about the greater good

It's always been about control of people and the freedom of the decisions they make

History proves this time and time again and Reno just proved it again

Again, who are you to decide that? The public will decide that.

lets put it up to a vote.

Main idea is that it would be preferable to have an economy that's based on providing for the needs of the public. Not one that is primarily driven by the scam ridden, manipulative practice of pr. This point should be mostly uncontroversial to any sensible person.

But I can see that you all feel better attacking some straw man. :dunno: Guess all the propaganda is even stronger than I imagined.

The needs of the public are not being served? What needs are not being served? Why would you assume that the scam ridden, manipulative practice of pr isn't taking place in certain sectors - like obamacare?

I'm the opposite of a statist. Ideally people would govern themselves in small communities. That is Anarchism. The community would decide where their resources need to go. Pretty sure there would be no need for advertizing.

Why don't you live in a coop? Disconnect from the Internet, don't buy the newspaper and don't get a TV. Everyone takes turns cooking meals, harvesting the garden and shit.

Voil, Renotopia. No advertising and only the most basic of needs are fulfilled. No fluff.
