and do you think it would be same if you were in the US? I mean I did get paid by sportsbook.com a few times. after long waits and checks bouncing.... ect in 2007 and that is what made
me find gambling forums (during the wait)

I still have my account and password somewhere on my master list. I'd play there for peanuts again, for their exotics if I knew I could be paid

Good post. I probably would gamble very little if the only option I had were A rated books. These smaller books starting out sometimes have slow moving lines, the CS is usually eager to please and they offer great bonuses, cheap payouts. SBR starts every book out at C if I am not mistaken, and alot of them really want to become established if you dont mind the constant phone calls.

On the other hand take an A+ rated book at Sbr like VIP, well B+ now, this book literally discourages wagering on many events. They juice both sides of the line in alot of events, very rarely offer most tennis events anymore, basically the most unimaginative linesmen alive. The only reason I am still with vip or bookmaker and dsi is because I had tons of betpoints at both places though dsi cut me out of the program because I had accumulated too many.

Before anyone places alot of faith in an A rating, remeber wsex was an A+ book at sbr until 2009.

Things can change in the sports book industry dratically in just a few years This was a poll of the most trusted sportsbooks from 2006, look at some of the names on here, hollywood, betcascade, wsex, skybook????

sb fixed their processing, they've been good (at least on wires and ewallets) for a few years now. you can get large payouts from them in a couple days that could take 8 months at bet phoenix.

oh and i use my usa address and banks for any book that takes usa players

1)sbr was obviously a lot less active back then. Look at the numbers compared to now.
2)The top four books on the poll remain top flight books. I'd say that's pretty good, considering it was a poll from four years ago. Two have stopped taking Americans, but see further down why that isn't relevant here.

speaking for pinnacle, what's the difference? The point of your post seems to be that sportsbooks can change drastically in quality. Pinnacle hasn't changed in quality. They STILL consistently rank at the top of sbr polls despite them not catering to Americans. Any book can shut its doors to Americans due to legal issues or issues with processors. You can't predict that. You can just look at whether your money is safe there. It was at Pinnacle, and still is.
