That's the thing Arch, her and I met for the purpose of finding our own decent place. Single dwellings are horribly undersized and overpriced here. The avg. 400sq ft 1br rents for $1300-$1500 (and forget about buying, anything on the market is out of whack compared to rent prices). We got this badass 2br in a 100yo house for $1950 - I pay only $950 cause she got the bigger room. I love this place and she does too and there's no way either of us is moving out.

It's wildly scary to even consider the possibility of dating while living in the same house. Although I don't think she's nearly as scared as me.
