I have shamefully plowed thru an unbelieveable amount of my dad's hard earned money due to gambling,shopping, and painkiller addictions in the past. My dad was EXTREMELY vocal about his disdain for gambling and drugs which makes it . Today is the 10 year anniversary of his passing, and I feel especially remorseful because I know how hard he worked to make sure I would always be taken care of. I suck.

I was eating a Totinos Pizza at home one time many years ago when I had what later was assumed to be a panic attack.

Over the next several months I had numerous similar attacks. After a while I learned how to keep myself calm and eventually they went away. But ever since that time I've never felt truly healthy.
