Reno as long as people in the USA blindly believe all the propaganda things will never change.

Capitalism is all about profit and is at odds with doing whats good for the citizens of the nation.

Private healthcare is the best example of this, profit BEFORE people.

This isn't true. If this is true then most of the world will be doing the same. As our economy goes so does much of the world. I would argue that Universal health care would make what you are saying happen much more quickly.



Cash Cows are not necessarily a bad thing. Just because a company makes a lot of money doesn't mean that it relies on people's fear and desperation. You are basically saying that we should take away the right to turn a profit, therefore take away Capitalism which is the basis in which our country was built on.

I agree its not everyone but its a big number and more than enough to keep things from changing.

I am truly amazed at the fighting that goes on in the US regarding healthcare, why wouldn't Americans want their fellow citizens to receive medical treatment and not be bankrupted by it or be denied treatment because one doesn't have insurance to cover it?

The biggest fault of capitalism is that its goal is profit - and that goal often supersedes what may be best for society.

Reno, Cuba is a great example of what happens when you piss off the USA government.

Castro told America to go fuck itself and the US has retaliated by punishing Cuban citizens via embargo's.
That shows America doesn't give a fuck about people - they use the innocent Cuban citizens to make their point.
Castro doesn't suffer for his actions, not one bit, but America doesn't care, fuck the Cubans it says.

We have a family member who recently had a stroke. Because they live in the boonies, it was necessary for helicopter delivery to the emergency room. The bill for the helicopter alone was $15,000. This family member doesn't have insurance so guess who pays THAT bill? We all pay that bill.

So Amby, put that in your pipe and smoke it.

I WILL continue to live the American dream because thus far it has worked out quite nicely for me... :cheers:

Hey, I am by no means saying that the current system is perfect but Universal Health Care is a way worse idea. We need changes....but it isn't just as easy as snapping our fingers and making it happen.

Of course it could be better, but at least we pay our fair share of taxes and so forth. How many people coming here don't pay a cent? Everybody is looking for a handout.

Politicians are all thieves and IMO people see them as bad examples and want to do the same. Public servants my ass! What bad examples they are.

We need someone like this guy to lift the country's spirits again and don't take crap from anyone!

PS: I just saw the other half of your post. You seem to acknowledge there is a problem... the dream is a joke, really. Immigrants cannot come to America, show healthy teeth, and go from rugs to riches. America is a great country as long as one stays healthy and rich.

Might seem like a radical thought but Robyn was right when she said women should be sterilized after 2 kids if you can't teach them how to fuk properly.
