Here is my preview for today.

Argentina is going to win today but covering the spread will depend on when they score first. Iran is toothless upfront and I notice a couple butchers in the midfield. They will be liable for red cards.

A good bet will be to get Argentina to win to neal, Iran to get a red card, or Argentina to win a penalty kick.

Everyone loves Germany. Be careful! They laid an egg vs Serbia on 2nd game last WC as big favs. Ghana can win or draw this game. A draw will suit both teams and Ghana can hope for a Portugal win on Sunday. My prediction is under 3 goals and Ghana +2.

Bosnia will be looking for first win. Nigeria is very limited up front and looked out of shape vs Iran. Bosnia will play to win but a draw suits them too. Small bet on Bosnia win, under and Nigeria not to score.
 
As I've periodically mentioned to those that have brought it up since 1998, I support the Italian team because my grandfather got me into them. He (along with all of my grandparents) was born in Italy. I support USA just as much but over the years I've found Italy more interesting to watch because of players like Pirlo, Cannavarro, Del Piero, Buffon etc.

I will be very fired up at 6:00 on Sunday.

A lot of hate for England out there. I was very surprised at all the nastiness directed towards England before, during and after their most recent game.

You'd think the whole country was based on child laborers mining blood diamonds or some damn thing, with the hate.
