Ray/Tron. Resumed with trainer this week. Never really got into a good routine before Mexico. Had hour session Tuesday. Literally can barely lift my arms to wash hair.. this has taken me out of planned cardio yesterday and today. I have to wonder how good this can be if I work out one day per week and am too sore to do anything else remaining days. I guess it will get easier, but should she I have been doing pushups when my arms were literally shaking/collapsing? or would that have been a good time to stop? I think she should have stopped me then..but then again, I'm not the expert.
Seems like I had this same issue a while back but arms too sore to search. Help.
