lol!!! I'm with you there! I love my personal training sessions - You should try that IAG! Or, slightly cheaper, small group training or fitness classes. I love spinning class too, because you can control the RPM and modify the work out to fit you. I just started exercising on the regular, it's new for me, so i'm trying different things to see what feels best.
 
I wonder if one could make espresso using a french press?

No. You can certainly use an espresso-type roast to make a strong coffee using the French press (which is what I do most of the time), but a real espresso needs to be steam that is pressured through really fine grounds.

What comes close is those Bialetti stovetop coffee makers. If you do get one of those, get the smaller versions - the bigger ones produce a more diluted coffee.

But you won't get that ultra-thick syrupy espresso unless you use a real espresso machne.
 
you can burn more calories walking on a 10deg. incline treadmill in 30 min than doing moderate spinning for 30min... there just isnt much to spin class unless you are a balls to the wall advanced rider...fwiw

you can also burn more calories doing the warm up and 1st set of the Insanity videos...maybe 15minutes of training...will burn just below 400 calories if you dont quit....

its there if you want to do it... trainers and spin classes are a huugh waste of time,imo...

Damn I figured as much. Looks like it's bout time to invest!

On another note, I didn't get cleaning or anything done tonight! We did get a load of laundry done, but I got so caught up in work and making dinner (yes at the same time) that it's now 830 and we are just getting to eat.
Cami is kicking some ass at work, doing it all ftw! Prospecting, processing, and marketing! go me!

Yeah i never did understand why people use personal trainers. Just work out with a friend or use someone in the gym to help "spot" you. I don't get it.
