I counted the toilet paper in the house today. Not including rolls currently in service, there are 117 rolls in the house.

Whats more, i'm embarrassed to say - I haven't purchased TP since 12/14/19. There musta been 150+ in this joint when the first US case of coronavirus hit.

Sorry world.

Sincerely

Unintentionally Hoarding in NY.

You better start eating a lot of fiber to make that toilet paper useful.

Unreal! She has all her marbles but no sense of present US people's troubles! Comes right out on TV and flaunts it! The same lady who wore black and praying for Trump and not long after happy as can be handing out signature Nancy pens on officially signing Trump's impeachment!

I hate Pelosi. Always have. That said, I don’t hate her for being rich. I don’t even hate her for being a hypocrite 24/7. I’m more hateful that people continue to look at her as some great politician who is looking out for the common person.

But when the majority of the country is stupid, what can you do.

so they basically admit to propagating higher fatality rate because of their concern somebody would take it too lightly
I'm guessing the variations between different countries is due to how widespread testing is, not because of some great accomplishment of Canadian medicine

simmer down pal, first off who is "they"? secondly the article was written by a Canadian for a Canadian news agency so of course the possibility of a little congratulatory self back slapping is in order, I know that concept is foreign to you as this type of thing never happens in the US by American media. Go head and simply ignore the Canadian propaganda aspect of the article and focus on the relevant and valid/useful information. Why focus on that part when so much of the article speaks to so many other important facts?

Anyway, the reason for posting these specific links was to show that there is still so much out there that the experts don't know.

What I know is this: there is still too much unknown to be able to make decisions regarding lifting of restrictions and getting back to normal etc. I personally want Dr's making suggestions and giving advice and opinions about how to handle things, not politicians. But thats just me.

Coolie, you seem to be a little salty lately. Are you ok?

Yes, I am
I guess culture has been going into the lame abyss for a longtime. (from my perspective)
Alot of things I've been surprised by, in a negative way, over last few years.
But wow, with this thing, I'm seeing how far we've come.
Hard for me to accept, that what I previously saw as decent, normal, thinking, people would cede their very basic rights so easily. And demand others do the same :wha:
I guess while I was annoyed by all the static, home based, delivery, credit, documents, computer lifestyle, that has become prevalent, I didn't realize it went this far.
Perhaps most people's lives are hardly even effected by the shutdowns at this point :dunno:

I guess here I would say the opposite as in, I would rather these guys knew what they were doing before imposing restrictions. And btw, nobody's above politics, certainly not doctors. I've even posted here several who felt what is being done is madness. But you know those guys will never be p paraded constantly by the press, because they don't serve a particular agenda :winkwink:
