So far, kiddo #1 is keeping her germs to herself. Lots of coughing and complaints of a headache. She never had a fever - it went up to 99.3 and that was it, but I have been inconsistently giving Tylenol as needed for the headache (so not sure about fever?).

How old is kiddo #1 and tested positive?

She just turned 8 - always wears a mask and vaccinated. She complained of a sore throat and coughed a few times on Wednesday, so we tested her and she came back negative. She had a "well child check" (because she just had her birthday) on Thursday and the doctor said she was healthy and just had allergies. On Thursday evening, she had chills and was coughing a lot - we tested again and she was positive.

Glad is sounds mild so far and hope it stays that way. Mild sickness for kids isn't mild for parents in worrying about.

She's isolating in her room (which she is loving). She's being a jerk and only responds if we call her "COVID Cathy."
