Yes, sir, I am! Thank you for asking. And it’s glorious. I’m going to finish all my prescriptions like a good patient but I’ve stopped taking Tylenol.

I did 50 pushups (over the whole course of the day yesterday). That’s a big leap from “should I go to the ER” four days ago.
This is awesome! Don't push yourself too hard though. Fiancee was fine (like 2 days with much lighter symptoms than she had before) and got her cough and muscle aches back after a long walk.

She's fine again now, just warning you not to go making up for all your lost time at once haha. Glad you are feeling better.

Wait a minute, AOC partying it up in FLA! Good for her, if you can't do it in your home state go where FREEDOM lies. It's unfortunate most of her constituents can't afford to do the same.

And The Gov approves .....

FORT LAUDERDALE — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis joked about how Democrats from states with "draconian" coronavirus policies keep popping up in his state for vacation. DeSantis was asked about this during a press conference Monday after progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was spotted in Miami over the weekend, not wearing a mask while at a crowded drag bar.

"If I had a dollar for every lockdown politician who decided to escape to Florida over the last two years, I’d be a pretty doggone wealthy man, let me tell you," DeSantis joked. "I mean, Congress people, mayors, governors, I mean you name it."

"It’s interesting the reception that some of these folks will get in Florida," the governor continued, "because I think a lot of Floridians say wait a minute you’re bashing us because we’re not doing your draconian policies, and yet we’re the first place you want to flee to, to basically to be able to enjoy life."

"I’m happy though that Florida’s a place where people know they can come and they can live like normal people, they can make their own decisions," he said.

"I tested positive, how can that be? I'm vaxxed and booster."

CDC says vaccines don’t stop transmissions.

Time to stop putting restrictions on those who don’t want the vaccine!
Vaccinations do help, apparently: "Vaccinated people can still become infected and have the potential to spread the virus to others, although at much lower rates than unvaccinated people."

I do agree though on restrictions/mandates. I was on board with taking measures pre-vaccination, but now that we have vaccinations/boosters to greatly reduce risk of serious infection AND we now know that vaccinations don't prevent infection/spread, wtf are we doing?

I went to a kids birthday party indoors at some trampoline place. My wife didn't want to go, she had to visit a family member in the hospital a few days later. But I said, kid is 4 years old and she's never been to a fucking birthday party.

Just hope I don't get covid before a quick trip to FL (where presumably I'll get covid).

It's gonna turn into: The CDC says there is a 51% chance things will be better for vaxxed, so we are going to control everyones day-to-day lives over that 1%.
