also: eat acid, reflect.
Choo, like drop acid or actually eat like battery acid? Not always sure which side of sincerity you are on.

Perhaps you should learn how to read, then you wouldn't be a fat broke asshole.
Ahh but who is this fat broke asshole's bitch?
Durito rarely loses in life and when he does is because the other guy got lucky. :
we aren't talking about life, we are talking about gambling. why don't you back wally in another contest?
you mean because you luckboxed your way to two wins against me for peanuts?
Let me know when you'd like to repeat those bets for more than I spend on shoes per month.
Arch, I'm sticking to what I am doing. I was just sounding off because there is always someone out there saying something is better or something else isn't right.
The fact of the matter is I am doing something I can stay with. Small portions and minimal calories is working for me and while fewer calories with my metabolism would work quicker I'm comfortable where I'm at right now. 1100 or less per day is working just fine and a full month into it there have been no signs of energy loss. In fact only energy gain.
6 weeks ago I was at the golf course and Doc wanted to do this practice game on the chipping/putting green. You pick a spot and chip the ball to a hole then putt. Chip it in the leather for $2 win the hole for $5. We played and after only 20 minutes my knees were hurting so bad I had to throw in the towel. This past Saturday we spent 2.5 hours out there doing that same game and then went out and played 27. My knees were bothering me by the end of the day but was fine Sunday morning which wasn't the case in the past.
Pavy, I keep promising myself I need to start a stretching routine. I always feel like such a loon when I start doing it though.
