Arch, I'm sticking to what I am doing. I was just sounding off because there is always someone out there saying something is better or something else isn't right.

The fact of the matter is I am doing something I can stay with. Small portions and minimal calories is working for me and while fewer calories with my metabolism would work quicker I'm comfortable where I'm at right now. 1100 or less per day is working just fine and a full month into it there have been no signs of energy loss. In fact only energy gain.

6 weeks ago I was at the golf course and Doc wanted to do this practice game on the chipping/putting green. You pick a spot and chip the ball to a hole then putt. Chip it in the leather for $2 win the hole for $5. We played and after only 20 minutes my knees were hurting so bad I had to throw in the towel. This past Saturday we spent 2.5 hours out there doing that same game and then went out and played 27. My knees were bothering me by the end of the day but was fine Sunday morning which wasn't the case in the past.

you mean because you luckboxed your way to two wins against me for peanuts?

Let me know when you'd like to repeat those bets for more than I spend on shoes per month.

Wal do you do any stretching? My wife is a PT and has clients who play golf and always has to stretch them because they are so stiff. Right now she is working with football HS juniors and the ones who stretch after workouts were able to drop 0.25 seconds on the 40 yard dash at the combine. It also releases stress from your knees.
