Actually if you read the answers there it's not proper unless you are quoting someone with poor English. I'm going to investigate further. I know people say "cause," I've just never seen it in print with the apostrophe as a contraction.

I only saw him call you white trash once...a day or so ago and then it looked like it tried to be cool with you and move on. I did not see the spit content and do not know the context. I don't think the white trash was cool but I know you are not white trash. It does seem like you are up about 2-1 on the snarky comments lately though.
