I think it's whooping cough (pertussis) actually. He caught it by being a 10yo kid who hangs out with other 10yo kids. I caught it too, it's a bitch. There's no real treatment for it. He toom antibiotics over the last 5 days and it hasn't changed a thing.
We're ok though. We just rode our bikes to the park and tried to fish for a couple hours.

JL's been saving up for an Xbox actually. He ran a successful faux-Pokemon card business last year (called Memekemon) until it was shut down by school authorities. He grossed about 120 bucks off of it. With Christmas gifts and stuff his net worth is up to over 300 Canadian dollars.

He was designing, printing and selling "packs" of Memekemon cards. Like Pokemon cards but with famous memes on them instead of Pokemon. Kids, and even parents, were all about them.
