I think I may have gotten one bottle of that in case mine sucked. ha. So the wings are frozen now..should I thaw them...I guess I could look at the package.

Yes it would be best to thaw them, you can cook them frozen but it takes longer.

Call me crazy, but aren't there many, many pre-made buffalo wing sauces to choose from?

Yes I am sure there are, I personally, do not like the premade sauces. Just my opinion man.

Chances are high that this ends in, at best, a moderate kitchen fire.

I haven't decided yet. I couldn't find a ginger root so no shredded ginger...I got some in a jar though...I have to get my bearings before tomorrow and decide...Not feeling great at the moment so may wait til next weeend. We'll see.
