Now did Walt write down those coordinates? I was sending every kind of psychic vibe at him to write them down but I didn't see him write anything down.

Wasn't this the lottery ticket he was looking at on his fridge when he got home? And the numbers didn't go in order, they read down the sheet. So for example if I was trying to remember 23 53 87, my lotto numbers would be 258 337. As to cloak it a bit. At least I think that's what I saw.

I know what you're talking about and I was scratching my head as I saw it. I was thinking, 'Hmm, maybe,' but I don't know what.

He just memorized it you goofballs. The lottery ticket was just a prop to make a semi-clever match cut.

Actually, according to http://www.wired.com/underwire/2013/08/breaking-bad-lottery-numbers/, he woulda used the coordinate numbers to buy a lottery ticket. Which seems to defeat the purpose of the memorize-the-digits-then-crush-the-GPS exercise.

I just rewatched the scene and he totally played the lottery with the coords. No cipher or anything, he just played the numbers in order.

Hank does know that Walt paid for his therapy. Walt explained it as he won a lot of money with some genius blackjack system.

I'm pretty sure it was discussed openly and they basically cajoled Hank to let Walt pay, and Hank finally agreed.

And by now Hank would have deduced what really paid for his therapy as it would be one of many obvious pieces in his new reality.



At least that's how I see it. Hopefully no one calls me a goofball about it.

I am not so sure they told Hank.

He thought it was paid for via the insurance and Skyler gave the money to Marie without Hank knowing.

I'm not sure how much it matters. What's the impact? Walt tells Hank he paid for his treatment. Hank says, yeah well you were responsible for the injury.
