Market order means you wanna buy x bitcoins at whatever price is currently being asked. In a limit order, you set your price and wait for your order to be filled.

Basically, to redeem the coin, you peel off the hologram sticker to reveal the private key and you enter it online to get your bitcoin(s).

It's more of a gimmick than anything. It's also quickly become a collectible. People are bidding them up to crazy amounts on eBay right now.
