Yeah Plommer, I find my new plan appealing because I'm mostly avoiding stuff I never really liked in the 1st place (bread, most fruit, most pasta), but got into a habit of eating. I still eat some sweets and soda.
...Which is not to say I'll stick to it longterm. Happy to see that I can lose a few pounds without too much trouble though. :highfive:

First day at the family cottage. I've become one of those crazy people who bring their own food and say no to everything else.

Almonds, Quest peanut butter cups (1g sugar), pepperoni sticks, sardines and two low carb beers (Sleeman Clear 2.0).
