Conquered a new steep hill on my first attempt AND I ranked in the middle of the pack on Strava. Quite proud of this one.

I feel like I'll soon be able to tackle any hill thanks to practice and improved technique/pacing. 💪 Losing another 20 lbs or so is going to help a lot too.

Sounds like you're having a great day pal, well done!

Now its time to watch the Canadiens destroy Toronto! Montreal is a LOCK!

Leafs have no chance.

Ooh showing 191.4 now.
Basically just took bread out, which lead me to avoid sandwiches n fast food though. Also limited sides like potatoes, sometimes frying up more mushrooms n onions for sides. Debating if I should try avoiding all sugar for couple days.

Avoiding bread and other processed carbs like pasta is a great idea. I eat potatoes but know the calories are about 100 per potato so I limit myself to a couple every few days.

I've convinced myself that sugar is evil and I refuse to consume it. Not natural sugars in fruits but stuff like chocolate, candy, ice cream, etc.
Since Oct 2020 I've not eaten bread, rice, pasta, pizza, ice cream, candy, soda (Coke zero doesn't have sugar) or any fast food. ZERO.

Since I've given up the processed foods and carbs my cravings are fewer and farther between. I also feel full longer. Today I ate 2 cans of tuna with mayo and a tomato for breakfast (which is rare) and then at around 3pm ate 4 bacon wrapped chicken breasts (600 cals total) with fresh green beans and brussel sprouts. I logged everything and am well under my 2070 calorie a day plan. With my walk I burned even more calories and probably consumed only ~1000 calories today. I feel full and keep drinking water so I don't get hungry.

I'm actually looking forward to my next doctors visit June 10 when I can get weighed again for the first time since I checked in to the hospital for surgery. I'm confident I'm down even more judging by the way my clothes are fitting. Still fat but much less fat than before. I'm a work in progress and have until my death to get to a healthy BMI.
