I'm peeing a lot more since starting keto. Upping my sodium intake got rid of the lethargic feeling, and I'm somehow not retaining water after a very salty meal like last night's wings. I'm liking keto a lot so far. :up

4 slices of maple bacon
2 over easy eggs
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Spoonful of natural peanut butter
8 almonds
Mio Sport electrolyte drink, orange flavor

For a grand total of 900 calories and 6g net carbs

Lunch will be a can of salmon and more almond milk

Dinner might be another set of wings and a big piece of cucumber

So before the move back North, I was on pace to have abs by June of this year. Goal is now October. Since I’m back to work full time again, eating clean is actually easier. Also add 11,000 steps a day and the gym into the mix, I’m confident I’ll hit the Mark. This is generally my nutrient breakdown.
