I totally know what you mean. You tend to minimize the progress you've made because you're looking forward to so much more. It's good though, means that you're totally committed. :up
Marty, the fact you barely understand English yet understand me completely is awesome pal. You hit the nail right on the head!

This is an example of how quickly the calories add up.

I had 5 sticks of pepperoni today (130 cals per stick), with a salad for lunch. 650 cals from the pepperoni alone. I'm on a 2020 Calorie a day plan.

After power walking over a mile and a half (2.75 KM's) and burning cals I have 1570 calories available for the rest of the day. I did not eat brekkie and rarely do. I will have some bacon wrapped turkey breast and brussel sprouts for dinner.

Do you feel it though? You feel 42 lbs lighter?
I do, I can't help but notice how much easier some things have become down "only 42 lbs".

Bending to tie my shoes, is now possible, was not before. Getting up out of a chair/bed is much easier. Walking is easier.

I need to remind myself that being obese is not being very kind to oneself. Its quite difficult fraught with problems and unpleasantness.

Life is much more enjoyable/bearable as a non obese person. I look forward to the day when my BMI is in the "overweight" range and not the "obese" one. It WILL happen, just a matter of WHEN.

If I could get down to 215lbs I would blow Jesus, AND/or Allah - heck I'd even swallow as I don't think semen is very calorie dense.
(Oh and almost forgot - NO HOMO!) (Blowing jesus/Allah doesn't make me gay)(Getting blown by either would though.)

I'm eating a dinner of bacon wrapped turkey breast, baked carrots, potato and brussel sprouts. Its a large dinner. I will not be the slightest bit hungry afterwards and until I go to bed. The meat is 420 calories. The veggies maybe 400 cals total (Its A LOT of fukkin veggies!). So an 800 cal meal that is very filling and keeps me under my 2020 cal daily goal. This is what I mean by not a difficult plan to stick to and very sustainable. I get to eat lots of food without the guilt as the caloric intake is very reasonable for a meal this size.

227.2

I got myself a body composition scale last week. I know they're not very accurate but it seems to be tracking my body fat loss pretty well. I've been losing 0.1% BF per day, down from 32.4 to 31.7 over exactly one week. I weigh myself at the same time every morning before breakfast, at the exact same spot on the floor. #nerd

Tracking BF% is less frustrating because the number always goes down, whereas the scale number fluctuates/stagnates based on your hydration level and shit.

Sexiness ETA is roughly 100 days from now.
