RJ, truth be told, I just don't have as much to contribute here. I'm much better at flaming and trolling than I am picking winners. I've had a few NBA threads before that did decent but they're not up to the quality here. Hell, Durito has more money in D- books than most of us will ever make in a life time, what could I ever offer.

I'm definitely glad I have her. Just wish she was a regular neighbourhood babysitter so I could pay a lot less. Still at least he's not in childcare here. One big festering germ pit where you pay $110+ a day just to send your child off to get sick. And you even have to pay for public holidays when they're closed :lmao:

So I'm thankful for that too.

$110 a day? That's a bit steep. It doesn't costs that for a week here. Of course mrs durito won't get a nanny unless it's her mother who in 2.5 years has never once played with Emily and I would rather not work than let her do it. Mrs. D is now gone at school from 6am to 7pm, so i take care of Emily the whole time and on saturdays too. And I work and study at night. Will sleep when I die.

My preschool is only $150 a month, but she only goes twice a week for 2 hours.

And it's on the exact day/hour of my driving restriction so I am spending another $150 a month on taxis.

They have packages for 2 days a week in ours too and you can do less or more hours. The one we did for 5 days a week was from 9am to 2pm but you could pay extra if you wanted to drop her off early and pick up late. Basically it's 4 hours of school and the rest is breaks and daycare until school starts or after school ends depending on your schedule.

It sucks that you can't find anything close. We have about a dozen places we could chose for about a couple miles around us.
