One of my friends told me that the gas and your car battery freeze in the winter in Canada. That's too cold for me.
No the fuel doesn't freeze Pavy common.
Diesel fuel gets thick in very cold temperatures but not gasoline. The problem with gasoline is that there may be a little water in the gas tank and that will freeze, solution is to add a bottle of "gas line antifreeze" for about $0.99 to the tank when you fill up.
Batteries can get drained quickly in cold weather and lose cranking power as the temps dip but there are battery heaters for that.
Pavy the winters are not 6 months long, more like 3 months where its fukkin cold, for the most part I enjoy the weather, especially the sunshine as cloudy days (like in the great lakes region) are depressing in winter.
