Eat hot peppers (cayennes, jalapenos, habaneros) preferably raw. You will never gain fat. It will force you to drink water and it cleanses the colon from fat.


I think saultys onto something. I am constantly eating hot peppers and spicy food. I eat garbage all the time and haven't gained weight in years.


By garbage I mean pizza and cheesesteaks at 3am.
 
Super cold weather forces people to warm their own bodies, basically ant temp that makes you shiver semi constantly. What is the typical temp in igloos?

Crunches would not be the ideal exercise for fat burning goat
 
As a kid, about 13 years old, a friend of mine and I snuck into a fancy hotel back in Bermuda, we would sit in the hot sauna for awhile, then sprint to the ice cold pool in winter and dive in and enjoy the euphoric feeling we would get.

Little did I know it was actually an impending heart attack.

No big shocker that I love the escapism drugs eh?
 
3 eskimos are talking about how cold it was in their igloos one morning.

they walked into the first eskimo's igloo and he poured some coffee out of thermos onto the floor and it froze instantly.

the other two said "that's nothing"

they walked into the 2nd eskimo's igloo and he poured coffee out of a thermos and it froze in mid air before hitting the ground.

the last eskimo said, "you ain't seen nothing yet"

they went to his igloo and he took them into his bedroom, where he rolled the sheets back off his bed and he peeled some brown spots off the the middle of the bed.

the first two eskimos were perplexed as the followed the owner over to the fire, where he threw the brown spots into the fire and they made fart noises and stunk up the igloo...

damn...I never had to type that joke, a whole lot better punch line when you just make the fart noise telling it in person...

oh well too much typing to quit now!

Daft I could care less if you believe me or not

My bf ranges between 8% and 11.5% for the past 3 years. I never lift weights. I'm 5'11 or 6, 170, I play basketball almost everyday for the last 7 years. Tennis once a week at least.

Monkey, I really don't know man. The heat makes crunches way more difficult. Why do you guys think wrestlers practice in a hundred and ten degree room? You get to a point where you lose mostly water weight. But limit your intake of water and once you reach that point you will start to notice fat shedding way more quickly.

It is completely healthy. It opens all your pores and the blood is circulating way more efficiently through your body when your working out in that type of environment. Pulling a stomach muscle? Just how old are you guys? 60?

Whatever, daft. Leave it on the table. Stick to conventional routines if you want.

we used to do the rubber suits and jumping ropes and shit in steam rooms in HS, to make weight

its all about water loss and nothing else

both supervised by dumb coaches and then often on our own.

a few kids in the state died that year from similar shit.

well, whatever you do i suggest doing it in the heat

basketball, tennis, any sport where you're constantly playing on your tip toes.

lifting weights or running flat footed is not the answer for overweight people
