Sounded great. Came up a little short. The lobster to egg ratio was off a little IMO. Definitely fresh and light though, and the pickled shallots were a nice touch.

Wine is a Cab/Petite Syrah blend. That's the winner tonight. Getting a few bottles.

Just missed an 8. Grouper sand was fantastic. Never realized how much that slaw on a fish sandwich crushes. Revolution Oktoberfest is like a 6/10, pretty lame actually. Always order some honey mustard with your sweet potato fries. No other way to have em.
