This is the second day in a row I've had this pho which is pretty hearty and eats like a stew. Can't think of a way to make this much better.

They were really good. I've been smoking them to oblivion and while fall off the bone is okay, these were smokey, toothsome, easy to eat (messy). Took less time and better. Win win.
