you should be okay with oatmeal and egg whites in the mornings and a little brown rice after workouts... the hardest part of carb cycling, for me, is after dinner and when i wake up hungry in the middle of the night .. give it a few weeks and make sure to pound down the water....literally walk around all day with a shaker full of water... im drinking around 2 gallons a day

Impossible for me to count/track. I know yesterday I did not take in enough so I downed some Atkins bars last night .they are calculated by net carbs..2-3 each not sure what your take is on those. Anyway, those did a number on my tummy. I know I should get from real foods ideally lean meats and veggies..but I really am adverse to too much meat. Had some chicken wings with ranch yesterday.. I have been exhausted also.

I'm not going to try to cycle at this point. Also not doing induction as in Atkins..just trying to be conscientious.

I love mixing up lettuce with Ortega taco sauce, cheese, sour cream and guac. I could probably do that nightly. Found a recipe for "mashed potatoes" made with cauliflower, sour cream and cheese. Might try that today.
