btw I've done Atkins before. I don't think it was the healthiest version of it, but I lasted 2 or 3 weeks. It works if you can stand it. I even got those little sticks you pee on to make sure you are in ketosis.

nah, i havent really messed with anything besides changing diet around some... i want to get bigger...someone told me i couldnt, so ill prove that cunt wrong... plus im pretty bored now that i dont play much golf anymore... throwing weights around helps with stress and other bullshit going on...that added muscle has definitely helped with back/joint pains too...i feel much better
