Very solid. Not a smash, which is my preference but extremely juicy, and they didn't over do it with the onions. Most places put an entire fucking red onion on there. I would toast the bun a bit more. Room for improvement but still no complaints.

Also they have Dovetail Vienna Lager on tap, so they get an extra half point just for that.
