1994 was my first introduction (the lead singer in my band at that time was born in Brazil).

But 1998 was the first WC where I’d spend all day watching matches and being fascinated by it.

To this day, when people ask me why/how do I like the World Cup, I show them the Bergkamp goal against Argentina and I say, “that’s why/how”
