This is an American IPA made entirely with Centennial hops. It's a little bland IMO. You get a little grapefruit in the finish. Not nearly enough pine for me.

2022 Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Proprietor's Edition

I'll reiterate what I said on a previous review. This series really benefits from letting it sit out and come to room temperature before enjoying.

Banana and coconut are right up front and I didn't get a ton of lime either in the nose or the finish. Pineapple is there, but more subdued. Mouthfeel is similar to other releases and sort of chewy. I tend to like the strange ones I guess. This one delivers. As does the Cola version.
