What did you do when you were walking around? My day's good so far. Had swimming lessons and went out for breakfast. Planned to sit in my sun room and drink beer while watching footy but the sun's gone so now so I've got the heat cranked and am trying to pretend I'm living somewhere hot.

I will NOT be in this hellhole in March. There are a few speciality booze places by my house and they order stuff in if they don't have it. I'll definitely try to check these out. :)

I'm such a heat baby that I would love it. I've probably complained a handful of times since I've been living here about the heat and that was when it was pushing 110 and so humid that even running to your car drenched you with sweat.

I just can't stand the cold. I hunch over and get miserable.

Oksana, my roomies bro is visiting NY for first time. We did a bunch of touristy stuff involving drinking pitchers every few blocks. I had a dream that we had a deep convo the other night....weird.

Sounds like a fun day! A few of my friends have vowed that the next time I'm in NYC they're dragging me to every touristy thing there is. Every time I've been there as an adult it's been just work stuff, booze and shopping. Which was great but I feel a bit robbed.

Awesome!! I'll take you to some cool spots. A lot of local-only gems that not many tourists know about. It will blow your mind!
