My guess she hasn't yet either. Slightly higher upsurge through the DNC probably and that could be enough with lots if early mail-in, ballot harvesting voting taking place I believe early in Sept.

Right now whoever is orchestrating the strategy on her behalf is by far playing it way smarter than TRUMP's people. Hiding in a different way than basement Biden, answering few questions, lying on stuff (both sides do it) but the lies from her side APPEARS to be at an unprecedented level.

Though i wouldn't blame TRUMNP's people but the guy himself. All the main issues the people are concerned about sitting there like a tee-ball to hit and he can't stop getting personal. This is why all elections even below the top one can be bought legally. So important on getting as much money invested in your candidate.
