I don't know where you live. Something like that in a modern high-rise here is around $2200 w/o parking ($150 extra). Guessing NYC would be at least 50% more.

In NYC that'd run 5500 for gym, pool access (lap pool), attended lobby, 1100sq ft. $6500 for a place like that near (w/in 3 blocks) subway. Another $350 for the parking space.
