I hate hearing shit like that, the other day I was in a conversation and one mention that the house tax is way lower this year and the other say yeah they lower the tax and mention some stupid local politician, I say NO the reason the tax is lower is because your house lost value and the tax represent the new valuation. hate it when they make authoritative statements and advocate them when they obviously are ignorant of the situations.

The govt needs to make the masses feel that it is doing something for them. You are interfering in its work.

Very on the ball there son! What, in Florida they reassess the property value every year? In NJ there lucky they do it every 10 years!
