what kind of vitamins should I be taking?

Funny House. I just started thinking about this. I am starting with a multi vitamin and took B-12 the last 3 days. I have been super hyper though, and thought it might be the change in a/ds, but now am wondering if in part, it is the B-12. Glucosamine is good I hear. I will add that. Probably calcium. Vitamin D is one where many are deficient. Fish oil is good.

I heard Magnesium is recommended but I forget for what.
 
Oh if you are working out a lot, iron. I just read that.

BTW, if I get a mulit with Iron in it I will immediately throw up, no matter if I have taken with food. I couldn't figure out what was going on until I googled it....apparently a common problem. I had to go back and get the ones without iron.
 
i am trying the ON grape amino energy this week.. great taste... ill see how it goes... i use pre jym, Hyde and c4 ... pre jym is the smoothest shit.. stay very focused without the heavy caffeine doses... c4 is good stuff loaded with caffeine and Hyde is for leg days when i absolutely have to feel like a jacked up machine..

zinc and magnesium are the best vits. for producing more natural testosterone

4 bcaa aminos before workout and 4 bcaa aminos right after workout
 
guys that are in the gym and pushing it to the max 5-6 days a week need everything i listed...they give you the best chance of keeping nutrient levels normal after battering the fuck out of your body... daily rec. value of vitamins is basically the bare fucking minimum and for inactive people...they put that in the multis.... very active athletes/gymrats etc. need more than the daily rec. value because the activities are draining.... they play a solid role in getting guys to the gym... lets face it, when you dont feel good, you dont go...

ive been taking most of this stuff for at least 2 yrs... havent even had the slightest cold or felt bad outside of a liquor or pain killer hangover or some allergies... being in the gym and eating well helps, but its not all thats keeping me so healthy

plus, what your body doesnt absorb, you piss out... its not doing any harm

Damn Ray, it's all I can do to get a multi vitamin down in the morning. I suppose it's like any other habit but damn. Good for you I guess.

the are big.. the glucosamine pills are fukking horse pills though... its no biggie, im used to it... but ill be on them for as long as i stay in the gym or play golf

i will say, the most noticeable results i get from any 1 pill are from taking Biotin ... its awesome for skin/scalp and especially nails... nails grow very fast and very strong ... i can chew on a thumb nail on a busy saturday and it will be good as new in 3-4 days
