what kind of vitamins should I be taking?

Going to start taking supplements for a testosterone boost.

Just got the call I was hired for a bartender job in a new Italian place that opens in 2 weeks.

Gotta keep the libido and energy going with a whole new gaggle of female persuasion in constant sight.
 
dont bother yourself with any over the counter test boosters that claim to kickstart your natty test and other stuff.. they are garbage...

i went to the dr. and got my test checked and it was on the low side of avg. so i started trt last year... 200mg a week...the years of booze/drugs and being lazy had killed my test production and was starting to hurt my libido and kill my energy...

nowadays, its the new craze... guys going in every week and dropping $20 on a test 125mg test shot if they need it or dont.. its great for sex drive and just low enough to where you dont need an estrogen blocker ...

great news on the job, casper...if you want to feel like a new person and have more energy and libido , i suggest at least getting bloodwork done and seeing what your test levels are at...

then if you or house decide to give yourself shots, for much much cheaper than $20 a week, ill send you the source info for the places i order my products.

i will say, after i ran trt doses for a few months, i hit the hgc for 2 weeks and then quit the test...ran some post cycle meds to see if i was still able to produce at least some of my own test and have normal levels (in case i ever want to have kids) and all was good... in a month, i brought my test levels higher than they were before the trt... then i started bigger cycles and have recovered well from each one...
 
nope... test by injection only... if you get serious in the gym, thats when the orals come into play... giving yourself a shot is easy, once you get over being a little scared... the glutes are big, hard to fuck up a shot
 
casper, i wasnt given the option to use androgel... but i wouldnt have done it anyways.... its not a shot... but the side effects are worse can be really brutal... its script only.. nobody underground even pushes it, to my knowledge .. in case you wanted to mention it to the dr. when you go

Actually was offered Androgel 5 years ago from my uncle who had it.

You rub it on you like a lotion if I remember correctly.

Yeah, I'll work on getting shots over side effects.
